We are a Wolverhampton firm of Independent Financial Advisers established July 1999. We have 3 advisers supported by a dedicated and experienced administration and compliance team. The firm is directly authorised by the FSA
Our clients are recommended to us by Solicitors, Accountants and personal individuals.
Principal, Andrew Clothier, has received 9 national financial service industry awards since 1998, and comments in the press about contemporary financial issues. He has twice appeared on BBC Breakfast TV with financial guru, Declan Curry.
Our advisers have incremental qualifications and consents, including mortgage advice, long-term care, equity release and Islamic mortgages.

Mortgage and Protection adviser
After a career in Estate Agency, Andrew re-trained in 1992 as an adviser with Aviva (Norwich Union).
In 1995, he moved to Torquil Clark to become an Independent Financial Adviser, and then formed Regents Court Financial in 1999.
His qualifications are MAQ, R01, CF1, CF3, CF4, CF5, CF6, CF7, CF8, FP1, FP2, FP3, HR1.
Andrew has received 9 National Industry awards for mortgage advice since 1998.

Phil Dubberley
Mortgage and Protection adviser
Phils career has always been connected with mortgages and house buying, running his own business from 1998 until joining Regents Court in 2012. He previously served time with a High Street Bank, also a household name Insurer and a large firm of Estate Agents,.
Phil like us, is passionate about the concept of delivering whole of market, independent advice.
His qualifications are CeMap, FPC1,FPC2, FPC3, CeRER, CeLTM
These include the consent to give advice about Equity Release and Home reversion schemes.

Sue Harvey
Administrator
Sue has extensive experience of Financial Services including time spent with the Zurich Advice network.
Since she joined Regents Court, she has been a leading force in developing our awareness of electronic trading methods, including overseeing the installation of our state of the art scanning/copying/facsimile equipment.
Sue is currently on maternity leave.

Val Westwood
Administrator
Val is the longest serving member of our administrative support team – she joined Regents Court just one year after we started up in 1999. She has extensive training and experience in administrative functions and runs a very tight ship. Among her important tasks are monitoring compliance and adherence to data protection and money laundering regulations.

Ron Warren
Relationship Manager
Ron was an investment adviser from 1980, after achieving a first class honours degree in economics. He has now moved over to become our relationship and development manager.
Apart from his investment speciality, he is no stranger to mortgage and Protection work, and therefore brings decades of experience to his liason function at Regents Court.

Rita Lalli
Rita is currently covering for Sue Harvey who is on maternity leave. She brings her invaluable experience to us, gained while working in the conveyancing departments of a large firm of Wolverhampton Solicitors. and a National firm of conveyancers, who dealt with mortgages, re-mortgages and property repossessions. She submits and progresses our mortgage and insurance cases, and knows how to inject some vitality into a sluggish case!

Peter Britton
Bookeeper
Peters career has centred on recording and monitoring the finances of small businesses.
He has been our Bookeeper since 2005. Peter ensures that our accounts are ready for annual returns to HMRC and 6 monthly reports to our regulator.
